I often order at slightly off times, around 3PM. At that time, it seems like there are a lot of trainees and this taco bell often gets the order wrong, but I've had great experiences with the manager fixing the order in such a way that makes up for the inconvenience. Just be sure to triple check your order and you should be fine.
This used to be the best taco bell in the area but now you have to check every item in your order. Inevitably something is always wrong. They do much better on app orders than they do just ordering from the window. Vegetarian options: Careful, check any items you subbed beans for, I ended up unable to eat my burrito last night because even though I saw the substitution on the screen, I still got beef.
My husband and I purchased our order and sat in the parking lot to eat it. I started eating my taco and seen hair in the taco. I went in to get my money back. The first guy was skeptical about doing anything, as if I would put hair in my own food. But when got the manager, he took care of me but I can still hear them talking bout it like I did it myself. I will not be going back.
The food is just okay. The service is acceptable. The atmosphere is nothing like Taco Bell in the 90s, they need to flash back to better days.Food: 3/5
Taco Bell has made itself my enemy ever since it started forcing customers to use the app if they wanted to Quesarito, the single best item on the menu. The staff here hooked me up for a reasonable price, and that's all I'll say about that.
This is a typical Taco Bell. The food is pretty tasty by fast food standards and is exceptionally affordable. This location is clean and well kept both inside and outside the restaurant. Customer service is above average for a fast food restaurant and above average for a Taco Bell. In particular, the night shift employees go the extra mile to satisfy and serve customers from my experience.
Had an order for pick up because the lobby is supposed to close at 9pm and I got there at 8:30 and the staff had the door locked with a restaurant full of people and even though my order was right in the counter they refused to let me in and made me go wait in the drive-thru line. I used to think this location was okay but honestly I don’t recommend it.
its taco bell, yunno? i dont know what i would do without food, taco bell isnt my first choice but my friends recommended it and i wasn’t mad because it wasn’t expensive at all. i felt fed and i continued living my life so i am very happy for sure.
Don’t waist your time at this Taco Bell. They will close the Taco Bell side at 9pm while keeping the KFC side open. Customers don’t find this information out until they reach the speaker to order food. On top of that you have waited in line for 15 minutes to receive this news. Tonight at 5:10pm waited in line for ten minutes, made it to speaker to order and was informed the Taco Bell side was closed.
We actually went in for KFC, but it doesn't really matter, the staff are always awesome in the branch, we avoid our closest from home to come here, even the chickens seems like it's cooked better, even though it should be the same?
