I just had a very easy and enjoyable experience buying a vehicle from Elliot Bay Auto brokers. I went into the shop not expecting to buy a vehicle right away,  but the service and SUV we discovered changed my mind. Russell's (sales person) & Jim's (owner/operator) approach was informative,  laid back and offered sound advice when I asked for it. What impressed me the most was the flow of the whole morning & how easy it was to drive away with the car I wanted. The buying process felt comfortable, not pushy and at the end I bought a vehicle that really fit my needs.  I highly recommend Elliot Bay Auto Brokers if you are looking for that special car to fulfill your needs.

We have been to Elliott Bay Auto Brokers several times to look at cars; however, we had not actually purchased until this weekend.  Last weekend we worked with Dan Lee and bought not one, but two cars from him on the same day.  Dan was friendly, knowledgeable, and made our car purchases a breeze.  I will definitely be referring my friends to EBA and to Dan Lee in particular.  Thanks Dan.  I love my new car!

Clearly I don't post reviews often but after my experience yesterday I felt compelled. I stopped in to EBA yesterday to get help with an on going issue that the Audi dealership could not resolve. James and his team were able to take care of it promptly and did so for free! I was also running low on gas when I stopped in and they put a quarter tank in for me! Refreshing to have such great customer service especially considering I purchased this vehicle here over a year and a half ago! Thank you EBA

I am active duty military and purchased a M3 from halfway across the world.  Vera was extremely patient and helpful through the process.  Whatever training or expectations has been set by management at EBA, their sales and finance department have exceeded it.  I cannot be more happy with my purchase and experience with EBA.  If ever in the future I am looking for another BMW, EBA will be my only option.  5 stars, and will recommend to all military service members!

Had a great experience buying a car at this dealership!!

Steve was very patience and understanding of our needs. Got the car that we wanted at the price we wanted. The car looks clean, drives great and has all the fixtures I wanted. A pre owned that felt newer than some new cars that did buy in the passed.
