We contacted them about a van at 2:30 in the afternoon and they had paperwork ready upon our arrival. The entire process was simple and easy with absolutely no pressure. Great vehicles at great prices. Friendly salesman that was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely be calling them on our next fleet purchase.

A great experience!

We drove over 100 miles to Emerald City Auto because we couldn't find a good worktruck anywhere locally. They had tons! All in reasonably good condition, and Robert was very helpful getting us information on the pros and cons of different trucks. No pressure, and he was patient as we took several hours to make up our minds. 

We bought a Dodge Dakota, it's running great!

I hesitate to leave a 1 star review because I just seem like a bitter customer, but listen to my story. I thought I was treated well.  I left feeling good about my experience. That feeling was short lived.  Robert flat out lied to me. I pointed out that the tires and brakes on the vehicle I was interested in were in bad shape. He agreed on the tires, but said that the front brakes were "50 percent" and the back brakes were "good". He said they visually inspected the front brakes and used the parking brake to check the rear brakes. The brakes were squeaking, but I was emphatically told that the brakes were in good shape. 1500 miles later and I just completed a complete brake job front and back.  I took the wheels off and the front brakes were 25-30% and the rear brakes were 15-20%. I did the job myself so I was only out $250 and a good amount of time, but if I didn't do my own work I would be out over $1000. The check engine light has come on a number of times also. This is the short version of all the inconveniences. Do not believe anything they say and STAY AWAY!

Bought used dodge Dakota for work, it runs flawless, experience great, service and owner definitely best dealership i came across, beyond +5 stars
