I received an invitation to apply for credit through Capitol One and view potential vehicles. On site, I waited a total of around 2 hours to get things going. I was told the vehicle I was interested in was not available due to the dealership having too much invested in it. The rep told me he would call me the next day with options. He never called. Almost a week later, I emailed the sales rep (whom was very helpful) wondering what was going on. She replied that she would let the Capitol One rep know to give me a call and apologized. The next day I still hadn't heard anything. Even though apparently there were no options, it was non-professional and non courteous not to inform me. I won't go there again. I distinctly got the feeling that I was being ignored because of my only fair/good credit rating and their inability to make something work. I would have submitted a 1 star rating except the fact that the sales gal was pleasant and helpful, and more important, knew facts about the car I was interested in.

I came to this dealership trying to test drive a vehicle. We also had a coupon for some credit on test driving a car and thought of using that. The manager was really rude and just said that he can just give me the coupon and I did not need to drive it h vehicle. I turned that down and insisted on driving as that was our primary purpose. We drove the car, didn't like it much and just tried to leave. The manager just repeated the same thing that we were here for the coupon and won't call them back again. I finally just turned down their coupon and left. Terrible customer service! Worst experience! These guys just lost a credible customer there.

!!!! WORST SALES REP I HAVE EVER SEEN !!! PURE cheaters... The manager and one of the customer service agents don't know how to talk to customer. I was offered a price over the phone(via text) and they gave me the price + $4000 when i stopped by. Never ever go to these dealers, they are some low class dealers and not sure how they survive. Lesson learnt. The salesman Andreay was really rude, I don't think he can sell any cars with the way he talks.

I just moved from Carmel Indiana to Seattle. Looking for reputable dealership to service my Sonata. Initially made an apt with this dealer to change oil. Later I read the google reviews and changed my opinion. I canceled my apt and going to another dealership farther away with good reviews. Thanks to google reviewer participants. Saved me some headache.

The service center is great. Comfortable working with them and trust their opinions/reasons. The sales department, however, is like a day care for grumpy men. While waiting for my car to finish I heard internal bickering, complaints about customers, arguing about a 'lost gas card' and grown men not taking responsibility for themselves. Talking about sales as 'trophies' and who might 'sell this guy when he returns his lease.' Seems like no one is really in charge of the playpen. Perhaps an awareness about WHERE customers are sitting and are within earshot would help...
