I called on a vehicle I saw online and Dave checked to make sure it was still available and the keys were there. We drove down, test drove the car, and got a great price. There was no haggling, and there were no games. Both Dave and Pete (sales people) were genuine and straight forward. The finance guy Jason was also pleasant and well-informed. It was a busy day but they did their best to get us out in a timely manner. The new owners have a great crew!

My experience with this dealership has been less than stellar. 1) They misspelled my name on my registration which took 3 visits and over a month to resolve. 2) The lift that I purchased at the dealership was installed incorrectly, causing damage to the frame of the jeep and when sent to the 3rd party shop that did the work, was asked me how I thought it should be done. I wasn't offered compensation for the damage and overall was ushered through quickly. 3) The jeep I viewed online on their website and what brought me in to the dealership did not actually exist on the lot. I was passed off from their online sales team to another salesperson who never appears to be there when I have visited the shop. 4) I wasn't shown the variety of Jeeps and options available and overall the sale was just like one you try to avoid when going to a dealership. Having said this, I went in to look at different Jeeps and walked out an owner, so part of it is on me. I just would expect a better relationship based approach to a sale of a new vehicle. On top of it all, I probably payed too much, was pushed into warranties I probably should not have purchased and their shop personal while to the point, don't leave you with a smile on your face. Unless you come prepared and ready to battle I wouldn't recommend this dealership over competitors in the area.

MY MOTHER IN LAW AND I WENT INTO THE DEALERSHIP ON LABOR DAY INTENDING TO PURCHASE A USED VEHICLE. WE CERTAINLY DID NOT THINK WE WOULD BE DRIVING OUT OF THE DEALERSHIP WITH A BRAND NEW 2017 JEEP CHEROKEE! THE EFFORT OUR 2 SALESMAN, SHANE GRANT AND JESSE PEREZ, PUT INTO OUR DEAL WAS PHENOMENAL. THEY SAID THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF US, AND THEY WERE'NT LYING, BECAUSE THEY DID JUST THAT. WE COULD NOT BE MORE GRATEFUL WITH THE AMOUNT OF RESPECT AND PATIENCE THESE TWO MEN SHOWED US. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET YOU GO IN AND ASK FOR SHANE OR JESSE, THEY WILL TREAT YOU WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT AND COURTESY. THANK YOU SO MUCH BOYS! WE WILL BE BACK FOR A WRANGLER!!!!

SERVICE: I went in knowing dealerships are typically more expensive than a local car repair shop. I originally went in to get an oil change and fix a leaky map light. The staff is nice but they seemed rushed when talking to me. I asked if they knew why my cruise control light isn't working and why my car stutters while driving. They said they could take a "look" at it. What they didn't tell me is that it costs $140 for each thing just to "look" at it. They never gave me an estimate and was forced to pay over $600...for an oil change. That is the most expensive oil change I have ever paid for. On the bright side, I have an overpriced list ($5,000) of things that need repair. Legit or scam?..I wish they had given me an estimate before they "looked" at my car. I'm most likely never taking my car to any dealership again.

As a senior citizen that has "gone out of his way" to buy cars from private parties to avoid the hassles of dealing with sales people etc. my experience with Jose Vasquez was mind altering. He was very patient and understanding of my wants and needs in regards to my purchase. The dealership gave me a more than fair trade in value for my car and a great price on the new one! Jose was knowledgeable and gracious and the deal went smoothly and as agreed upon. The Manager even agreed to include the 2nd key fob in the deal as a show of good faith. My credit union even said that this was one of the better deals for loan to value that they have made a loan on. Jose, in my opinion will go far in the car business if he keeps up the "straight shooter" style of salesmanship he showed me. I have owned a Manufactured Home Dealership as well as several other businesses so I kind of know what I am talking about. So if you are in the market for a vehicle and want a great deal ask for Jose and tell him Steve (Ford Fusion Hybrid) sent you.
