We love Enterprise car sales. Sure, these were fleet vehicles at one point but they are really good deals on the sale. Plus the service is exceptional. They needed to do some follow up work and gave us a rental while they did their thing. Then when we told them we were going out of town that afternoon, they arranged to bring the car to us so we didn't have to go out of our way. So glad we chose them and will be using them again when we need another vehicle.

The staff are friendly and down to earth. the process took sometime because of course it involves multiple people on several sides. But once I had an approval that met my wants. It was a breeze after that. went home with my car same day.

Purchasing a car can be both stressful and exciting, but the crew at Enterprise Greensboro made this major purchase a delight.  Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating.  Someone was always available to speak with me on the phone or set up an appointment if needed.  They never tried to push me out of my comfort zone in terms of the amount I had decided I could afford.  This was my 2nd Enterprise purchase; the first vehicle I bought, in 2005, is still going with no major repairs required, even after 198,000 miles!  Thanks Enterprise!!

Always professional staff and courteous throughout process.  I have always been treated respectfully and all explanations have been well presented and have been identified on written documents.  I have rented the cheapest thing on the lot and have rented some upscale vehicles - the staff treated me with respect no matter what I rented. The vehicles were well maintained and operated as I needed. I have had no issues to date, but am confident that any concern would be addressed in a manner reflective of their commitment to customer service.
