Last week I purchased a car from Impex. I have never had such a great experience in purchasing a vehicle.  Tax was a great salesman. The sales manager was nice and made us feel welcome and valued me as a customer.  The owner Bill appreciates every customer that walks through the door. Allen the financial manager went beyond giving the service needed to handle all aspects of taking care of everything to finalize our deal. They made me feel like family and I would recommend buying from them. They are great.

This was the easiest vehicle purchase of any we have made. Combining our ages, we have well over a hundred years of experience in buying cars and trucks. We went to Impex because it was suggested by our insurance company. We were treated well and efficiently by all with whom we had contact. Our purchase was amazingly fast and easy. We knew what we seeking, yet we had gone there to "only look." We are quite well pleased with our truck and with Impex!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME UNLESS YOU ARE LOCAL. Worst experience EVER. Called to make an appointment to see a vehicle after it had been listing on the website for over a month. Confirmed this appointment twice the day before. I informed the sales person we would be driving a long way to see the vehicle. Emailed early on the morning of our scheduled appointment, before dealership opened, to let them know we were still coming and expecting to arrive a bit earlier then scheduled. Received confirmation of our appointment to see the vehicle while we were driving. Received another email 30 minutes before our arrival after driving 4.5 hours stating "I just wanted to let you know we just sold the (vehicle we were going to see)! Please let me know if there is anything else in our inventory you are interested in viewing." I couldn't believe it and when I called I was told they were not able to hold vehicles. Why wasn't I told this before we started the long drive and what is the point in making and confirming an appointment? We would have been more than happy to put money down in order to hold the vehicle as we were NOT planning on driving 5 hours to come home with nothing. Do not bother buying a car from them unless you are a local. I am writing this review because they continue to send me generic sales emails emails after I have requested to be taken off their list and told them I will NEVER buy from them.

I had a wonderful car buying experience at Impex! Anna, Mike, and Kat were helpful, honest, and patient, and I left with the perfect car for me. They weren't pushy and ensured all of my concerns and questions were addressed. I am the proud owner of a gorgeous 2011 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited and could not be happier! Thank you!!!

BUYER BEWARE! This place is nothing but con artists and duct taped vehicles. We didn't heed the warnings from others and,  as a result,  are out 5K in repair bills on a vehicle we've had less than one month!

 Response: My name wouldn't be in you're database.  My husband was the purchaser. He's attempted to make contact with you, even left receipts for the owner who was at auction when we came by.  He's heard nothing back. Your caring is palpable.
