Worth the drive!! I recently purchased a limited edition Nissan Rogue from Rick Johnson, Craven Kerns and Thaddeus of Carolina Nissan of Burlington. I had a VERY strict budget, and these guys worked together to make sure everything worked out - from making necessary adjustments to the vehicle (aesthetics) immediately and perfectly , to matching my price point, to the financing.. I am very hypercritical when it comes to sales and service. It took me two years to finally make this new car purchase. I live far from Burlington, so Craven text me photos of the car's odometer, interior / exterior - all immediately in real time, and answered all of my questions promptly via text. When I arrived I was still nervous the car wouldn't be all it looked like online (past bait-switch victim), BUT IT WAS ALL THAT AND MORE. Then Rick came along to discuss the car further with me, even took the time to show me other options just to make sure I was sure, and then he worked with the finance guys to achieve my (slightly unrealistic) budget. They all went above and beyond the call of duty to gain my business, and I so, so, so appreciated that. Buying a car can be stressful, especially if you don't buy new cars often. I went in very guarded, but I drove off in a customized brand new 2017 beauty, so overjoyed. These guys have earned my business and I am telling everyone I know. Throughout my buying process everyone at this dealership from Polly, a sweet motherly-type whose friendliness put me at ease, the random guy who asked me if I was getting the "star wars vehicle" with a jealous excitement (nice touch!), to Craven and Rick who tirelessly demonstrated the highest level of sincerity, honesty, and the best possible customer service. No matter where you are in NC, don't pay more and waste your time with wolves - go to Burlington to get your BEST car, for the BEST price, and experience the BEST customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! I would not take your vehicle here to have it repaired. My Nissan van broke down on I40. I had it towed to the dealership thinking they would be able to fix the issue and have me back on the road. I left the car there a week. Picked it up and another totally different knocking sounds magically appeared with engine and the A.C. stopped working. The people in service told me it was the belt that drives the alternator (which they had to replace) and also affects the A.C. unit. But this was not a problem before they took apart my engine. I cannot afford to keep paying for Nissan to dismantle and not repair things correctly. The gentleman helping me pretty much called me a liar and said that because the car came to their service department not running they could not say what was wrong with it before. Find a good mechanic and hang onto them for dear life. I am so disappointed with Nissan and this dealership.

Carolina Nissan has been a great experience for me. I just purchased my third car from this dealership. They made sure that my daughter was happy with her "First New Car" experience. I had plenty of car dealership options in the Raleigh Durham area to choose from - but it is worth it to drive a few extra miles to Burlington. Bo Carter helped make this purchase so easy. The GM (Mark )is actively involved with every customer that walks into this location. He really makes you feel as if he appreciates you coming in. Carolina Nissan will go above and beyond to help make sure you get exactly what you are looking for in a car. While the dealership is very professional and courteous you will be treated as you are the most important customer to them. I would highly recommend Carolina Nissan. Looking forward to continued business with them.

If you know you will need to have a service performed. Make sure to schedule an appointment. They handle this correctly in that they will prioritize you over walk-ins. Had my oil change and tires rotated in 30mins. Only kind of issue I had was not knowing where to park. I forgot to ask on my way out. This didn't impact my opinion of the service though.
