Thanks to the good folks at Rice, buying my new truck was downright easy. A pleasure, really. From researching inventory on their website to driving my purchase off the lot, they are focused on doing everything right. None of the games other dealers play. No pressure at any point. Justin was informative, well spoken, and good humored, willing to show me as many cars as it took to make my decision. John was very efficient during the financing portion. He's a smart, no nonsense guy who is sure to cover all the bases and worked hard to get me a great deal. Andy thanked me several times before I left. They have made a huge investment in technology to speed the signing of paperwork, which actually results in NONE! All signed documents are stored on a thumb drive. No bulky folders or envelopes. I even left with a customized tin of cookies. Class all the way. Thanks everyone, I love my new Tundra and will definitely be back!

My car was damaged due to the weather here in NC. I’ve received work from Rice Toyota Repair and Collision before. The service has always been great. I loved that they kept me informed via text message updates. There work is guaranteed with a lifetime warranty. I am satisfied with the work they performed. The customer service rep, Joy, is very nice and helpful. She made my experience pleasant.

APRIL 2018:
***UPDATE***
After finally getting the dealership to take action back in January (where they installed a newly assembled engine) 2 months later, I have an issue AGAIN. My initial thought, being a new engine in which it was 100% dealer parts and done by THEIR labor, I took it back to be diagnosed. Turns out something failed and a component of the engine is destroyed. Not only has Rice denied to accept liability, they have refused to provide a service EVEN IF I PAY FOR IT. They claim that "they treat you right" but this isn't the case. Don't waste your money.

January 2018:
Management is awful. There are some really good techs that will do everything they can for you, but they can only do so much. My car has been in and out of the shop for the past 3-4 months and I've spent $7,000. Their service department claims to give complimentary rental cars if you're receiving certain repairs, however, if repairs take too long, then they charge you for the rental. As of now, my car still isn't right and managers are refusing to have my car looked at further without a majority decision. After they assume responsibility for completely fixing my car like it should be, I'll never come back.

Justin was an absolute joy to do business with. He was very honest & extremely helpful with the whole process of purchasing a car. Any issues we had he fixed them with immediate urgency. His salesmanship was one of the best I have inquired throughout my search for a car. I am beyond pleased with my overall experience.

Love bringing my car here! Super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable people who take such good care of my car (and me). We were done in no time. Been coming here for years and get consistently exceptional service. Richard, my advisor, took really good care of my car and made sure a needed repair was done in addition to the routine maintenance. Thanks to all at Rice!
