If you are going to buy a car and want a salesman who has a personality and makes you feel comfortable definitely talk to Ivan Washington! He is the best! He helped get me and my husband into new vehicles and helped immensely throughout the entire process. He's very informative. When it comes to buying a car, as long as Ivan is at Jerry Hunt's, I will be buying all of my cars in the future from there for sure! Also, I really appreciated the follow up call a few days after my purchase. Ivan called to check and make sure everything was running smoothly. Thought that was really cool!

I had an amazing experience with Jason Anderson he is kind and caring and really wants to put you in a vehicle. I moved from NY me and my fiance and he gave us so much help down to getting the insurance I am so happy with his service. I will recommend any one here. He was pleasant and patient. He even made sure my 2 year old daughter was comfortable through the process. It was an amazing experience.

Had a great experience with this business today. Would definitely recommend buying a car here. They are willing to work with you. Allan was our sales rep and he was great with helping us purchase our car. We got out with a better deal.

I went there to look for a car and found one I liked. My credit  was approved. My salesman was was great. We later  got a call from the finance person.My husband talked to him and told him he was not Happy with the deal.  He later  called back and said he think he work out a deal that we  would like. Told my husband what my payment would be, and we told him what we could put down. The deal  was  set. When we sit down with salesman  and finish paperwork, called Insurance company and had car added another finance person came out to talk to us and the payments  was not what the  first finance person told us on the phone.Of course he had left for the day, they called  him, he spoke to my husband, We still was not please. I will never go there to purchase a car again. The finance person said they would clean the car up. NOT...have The car clean and ready when we got there....NOT. The car had ONE floor mat on driver side, 3 tires alike, and 1 different tire.WE REALLY LIKED THE CAR. Also usually when you buy a car the dealer usually fill your car with gas. They only put $20.00 worth of gas in your car. We declined  the offer, did not get the car, and they offer us  $10.00 worth of gas to put in our car because we drove from Monroe  NC to Lexington, NC. I told them to keep it. They apologized, but for me that wasn't enough They also gave us the wrong BANK name, and changed it as I was on the phone talking to the insurance company. MY EXPERIENCE WAS VERY BAD, WOULD NEVER GO THERE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE TO BUY A CAR. THIS WAS THE WORST  EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN BUYING A CAR. THEY TELL YOU OVER THE PHONE WHAT YOUR PAYMENTS WILL BE AND WHEN YOU GET THERE IT IS ENTIRELY DIFFERENT.

Great Experience!  Staff was polite and worked like a team.  Tim Motsinger was a great salesperson.  He listened to what we wanted and delivered.  Justin Wilson-Sales Mgr. came through with special requests and the financial team worked diligently to get what we needed. Ally Cain was a pro with the paperwork.  Quick & easy.  So far very satisfied and would recommend.
