I had a great experience. I got a great deal and my salesman Anthony was amazing. I did read all the negative reviews. However, that was under the old management from what I understand. I know they currently have a new manager who is awesome. They will not sell you a crappy car and if anything is wrong with it before you buy it, they will fix it before they sell it to you. The new manager has installed a great policy and is putting in place a great sales team. I definitely recommend this place over any other.

I won't go here ever again. Found an F550 here, that I needed for a work truck. I would like to ask right here at the start, does anyone know someone who buys an F550, for a personal run a round truck, or any other reason besides work/business? So I call down there, on a Wednesday; sales guy runs my credit over the phone, says absolutely we can finance for you, low interest, low money down, etc. So I leave the house with my brother @ 4:00 am the next morning, get there at 9:30. Here is where I started to get unhappy. They did not even care enough(knew I was coming) to get the truck ready. #1. Batteries were dead. Didn't have a big enough jump pack to start it, sales guy had to leave, an drive to main office up street to get a bigger one. #2. Completely out of diesel fuel, my brother and I had to prime the fuel system and injectors to even get it started. #3. Sales guy says, we may have a slight problem; do you have other means of getting financing?, because our options don't do financing for this big of a truck, a 'business' loan, he said!! Like, its still the same truck it was yesterday, when you told me sure you could finance it. I had also asked him whether it had a 3:55 rear end, or 4:10, the day before, became very evident when we finally got it to drive off the lot for a test drive, that they had lied, either intentionally or ignorantly, about that too. So we get back, and the sales guy tells me to see if I can get my bank to finance, which would have been fine if I had been told that the day before, could have talked to my banker then, had everything in order, walked in and signed paperwork, and drove away. I could go on, this isn't nearly all the negative, but suffice it to say that my bro and I finally drove away with the truck @ 7:20 pm, nearly 10 hrs later. All completely unnecessary, if sales guy had just been honest from the start, instead of trying to trap us into driving close to 6 hrs so we would be too invested to leave without buying it. Got it home, the heater core leaked, headlight switch was faulty(it had daytime running lights, so you couldn't tell that the headlights themselves were not switching to nighttime intensity when you turned the switch on) the ac fan selector switch only works on two settings, the front end alignment was out, the paint on the roof of the cab is completely coming off, they used spray paint to paint the frame rails(where they are visible in the wheel wells) black to hide the rust, and much much more. All normal used car lot trash that you sort of expect, but after the experience we had gone through that day, just kept on making the taste more and more sour. To top it all off for icing on the cake, they gave me a thirty day temp tag, at 29 days I call to find out why I still have not received title, so I can tag the truck, and they 'put it in the wrong file', so it was never sent. They did FedEx it then, but still wasn't soon enough to get the tag before the penalty. I just regret ever picking up the phone to call them and ask about the truck in the first place. Seriously, from one person, who would like to help others not to suffer through this sort of ridiculous trash, to another, don't go here. Worst buying experience of my life. Period.

Had a horrible experience. I practically begged them to buy their car. They lied constantly. From the employees all the way to the upper management. Poor communication, constant lying and nominal, at best, customer support. Only reason I entertained it was to get the car and still didn't get it. Will, Charles (salesmen) the finance manager and general manager, Kevin just plain disresepcted me. I told them I'm a disabled veteran, told them I'm also a recent college grad, father and husband but they spat in my face and gave two cents for my worth. I even went and found my own financing and they still didn't want to sale me the vehicle. Literally, just called them back to ask for the buyers order and got hung up on. My name is Allen, I live in Richmond. This place is horrible. Everything I said above is true and but a taste of how I was treated and how I currently feel.

Saw a Civic Si on the lot and I had to take it home. Lee Smith made it happen that day! The car had some faded paint on the top and trunk which Lee assured me that Honda would take care of that as soon as my registration came in. Well, it came in and I called Honda and they scheduled my free repaint! Good looking out on the quick pick up!

My husband and I purchased a car from Triad. Lee Smith was our salesman and he was very helpful. We want to also thank David, the Sales Manager who was very helpful over the phone before we even went in to Triad. He was very easy to work with when we went in to buy the car. We had a little glitch taking the car home, but they made arrangements to have car delivered to our home. Thank you to all. We love the car.
