Great experience. Great service. Nice staff. &They work with you to solve problems very well. All & all I will definitely rent from here again.

Every experience I have had with Enterprise has been mediocre at best.  The staff always seems stuffy and only concerned with the dollar, and the cars are never clean (soda cups, used tissue, hair clips).  All the other car rentals I've used, the employees are relaxed, and actually seem to care and enjoy their job.  Using Enterprise is a last resort for me.

Prompt pick up from dealership. Clean car and very quick and courteous in and out of the Enterprise office. Can't beat it. Thanks Enterprise Alton.

The service at this location was great. The car I had reserved was not available so they up graded us to a better more comfortable vehicle, great for our long drive.
