Had the same lady when we got the car and dropped it back off. She was very calm and collective,helpful. Although it costed a pretty penny to even rent a car. It went over  smoothly, just work very slow.

I needed to rent a car for my trip from November 29th - December 6th. I chose Hertz because of my discount through AAA. I had pre-paid MONTHS in advance to 1) Quicken my check out time and 2) It was $30 cheaper to pay in advance. There were COUNTLESS issues with my rental that could not be resolved, leading to my cancellation. I called NOVEMBER 30TH for the refund that I was told would be issued in 5-10 business days. It's now DECEMBER 26TH and I'm STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!!!! That's 18 BUSINESS DAYS!!! I've called 3 times now and each time they just say "it's coming." When? $200 is a lot to just throw away. Would never rent from Hertz again.

This Hertz location gets you on your way fast, especially when you have online reservation. Once you rent several times they remember you and your choices. And usually they are a pretty happy bunch! The cars are pretty clean & they wash them up everytime.
 Great & cobsistent customer experience!

Staff was very helpful and quick. Picked me up when they said they would and the pick up driver was a genuinely good guy would definitely do business again.

When we picked up our rental the employee was very helpful. When returning we had to take the car to be vacuumed because pet hair fell off of out clothes. We didn't have our pets in the car. So the few hairs were enough for him to want to charge us $300. If you have pets never use Hertz! Not to mention they only have ONE employee to help customers on a Saturday.
