My experience getting my car was fine I got a hybrid vehicle the first time and when I found out that I was going to be in a rental car for over 30 days when I called to tell them I was going to be needing the car longer I made a reservation for two additional weeks for a full size car whenever I told the gentleman that he said I had to switch out vehicles because I hybrid Fusion is a Specialty Vehicle so I left work early 2 days before my insurance was going to stop paying for the vehicle as he told me to do when I got there he told me I had to wait until the last day of my rental to switch out because he didn't have anything.  So I left and just went to another location now I have dealt with numerous times in the past and they allowed me to stay in the same vehicle at no additional cost that I had been in for 30 days already.  I just felt that this was a major inconvenience and actually cost me money because I left work early to deal with the situation.

The lady was very helpful and professional. Process was quick. Only thing i didn't like was the car, I went back to tell them i didnt like the way the car was driving an a guy that was there told me sorry we dont have no more cars and it was only 12:30 and he didnt care at all. He told me call around to see if i could switch the cars out. Didnt have any luck. And i had a free upgrade.

Manager is a liar, told me one thing over the phone then another when i showed up. Would not keep his word or make exception. Leaving 3 kids to be stranded in 107 degree weather. Am pulling my whole company's business from enterprise and will never deal with town east ford.
