I stopped here for an estimate for repairs. I arrived nearly an hour earlier than scheduled and the customer service representative was able to fit me in immediately. The entire inspection was less than an hour. I was in and out with ease.
The employees were very friendly and enjoyed just chatting. This made for a very nice atmosphere.
As a side note, the bathroom was clean and refreshments were available. It was a good experience and a great facility.

I had a fender bender but they were absolutely terrific! I brought my car to the Progressive service center and they were so nice and fast! I would highly recommend them!

Great service. Fast and friendly. They were very accommodating and nice to my kids. In and out in 30 minutes. Great success!

Worthless.  My first claim in over 10 years with Progressive and they only paid for repairing part of the accident.  Claim there was preexisting damage.  Worst customer service.   Hope it was worth the $200 you saved to lose a customer who has given you over $12,000 just for auto insurance, over $30,000 for home owners.  Changing carriers right now.
