Victor was so helpful and friendly. We got in and out in no time at all. They had the car we wanted and everything was explained in detail. The location is clean and they had coffee set up. Nice seating area and the location was easy to find. Kudos to this enterprise and Victor.  We thank you so much!

It's very apparent why the staff continues to constantly change at this location because no one is on the same page. No one knows what is going on from one customer to the next. After renting a car in July, returning it on time, paying and collecting a receipt the manager Victor Foreman decided 5 months later to charge my card a second time without permission because Nissan has not paid them the balance in a timely manner. Not sure why you would punish the customer because your managers are not doing their jobs properly.

I rent here all the time. I get great service and no hassle. They've worked with me especially when I have to use them with an insurances claim.

What a wonderful experience!  Enterprise knows what customer service and value is all about.  I needed a car for a week and had some traveling to do.  I chose Enterprise because they were the least expensive and the most convenient.  I was picked up quickly and had no waiting at the office.  Victor was extremely patient with me as I asked dozens of questions about the cars available and his opinions of their comfort and how well they drive.  He took the time to show me several cars and help me pick the one that would work best for my family and I on our road trip.  I doubt I will use any other car rental company.

This is a great company. Although I seriously feel like the great personality's this company are forced but if not maybe they are just great at hiring. Staff is always friendly most locations help and always engage in a conversation with you. It could be having just came from a wreck and needing some pick me up or just driving for the weekend and what you have going on in your life. 

Thank you for breaking a dreary and lifeless mode of service most companies have where the staff have no life and no motivation which is what a bunch of the service industry has become.
