Very friendly, knowledgeable and economical. They didn't have cars which I guess shows how busy they are. Get more cars enterprise.

The customer service was possibly the worst I've ever experienced. I rented a car from another Enterprise Location,(with excellent service) and after some issues with that car Enterprise customer service sent me to this location to change out the car. After showing up they refused to do the trade, told me I had damaged the car, threatened to submit a repair claim to my insurance, and then finally lied to me and sent me to another Enterprise location who was ultimately unable to help me. (which I'm guessing is why the customer service agent didn't send me to that location in the first place). I was able to get everything sorted out next day at the original location I'd rented from, but having to go that route left me driving an unsafe car for another 40miles in heavy DFW traffic. Seriously though I would avoid this location if at all possible.

If I could give it zero Stars I would. They literally kept me on hold until 6 when they close just so they wouldn't have to answer my call and assist me. Never using this Enterprise ever again!!!!! Garbage employees. Except for the Haitian whose name I cannot recall, he was extremely kind.

I always have a great experience and I only rent from Enrerprise I love the plus program the more you rent you get free rentals
