I have been renting here for over a year. From the manager to the guys who do the detailing of vehicles are awesome. Never had a problem on the contrary. I have a huge record of rentals here and every single time a great experience. And when I had problem with a vehicle they exchanged it on the spot. As a Verified Google reviewer and a platinum customer. Don't waste your time going somewhere else. Now the "bad"  they are so good that the place is small now and sometimes packed. Remember is the gate to Florida Keys. Please check google average waiting time indicator that is almost accurate

It didn't matter that I had reserved a car for a 10 a.m. pick up. I still waited until almost 2pm. Car given wasn't what I ordered but I wasn't going to wait another second. Steve was AWESOME. Steve Got me checked in but had to leave. Manager did apologize for the long wait. They should offer Sunpass in vehicles automatically and charge the price upfront.

My insurance company set up the rental for me and the rep that helped me told me that I was responsible for paying the taxes and fees so I said fine and paid a deposit plus $88 in "taxes" come to find out that they didn't charge me taxes but insurance that I verbally declined. Here it is 6 days after I turned in the car and not only did they not give me back my deposit but they billed me another $131 for some reason (still not sure what it was for even after talking with them)...I asked for my money back that they charged me and all I'm getting is the run around as they say the charges "look right" to them. I'm guessing math was not their strong suit. While I'm at it I guess ill talk about the times I tried to call them and was on hold for 45 mins until the system automatically hangs up on you....I told the manager about it and he said when you call press star and it ill ring to them he did not know why but said it has been that way for 2 years or so....great stay away I have had nothing but issues. I told them I wanted it resolved today and all they could say is I'll try to take care of it tomorrow. Why have 2 managers in the building when neither of them are empowered to handle issues?

This location is very small. Selections are sparse. Parking is near non existing, jammed into a tiny footprint. The staff is not very organized, often consuming a great deal more time than necessary. Be sure to get a hard copy of your contract. Their emailed version as "promised" is unreliable. If you're not too picky with what you drive, likely to be a mini van, than drop by and rent a car. Courtesy pick up service is always nice.

Easy to make reservations online. My car was ready earlier then scheduled. I would recommend a friend or family to rent here.
