Stepping up to the car rental counter at the airport has never been a great experience until this weekend. I reserved a premium car with Enterprise online a few days before my trip to Miami and received a confirmation of the arrangements. In past experiences with other rental agencies this did not really speed things along upon arrival often waiting many minutes to actually get a vehicle. This weekend I stepped up to the Enterprise counter and in less than 3 minutes I was on my way down to the garage to pick up my vehicle. I was on my way to the hotel faster than any previous experience. Everyone was helpful and courteous. This was my first time using Enterprise so it was not like I was an elite return customer but I sure felt like one. I am so glad to be able to share my great experience. I has already emailed the Miami office to thank them for their excellent service.

They were prompt and wonderful to deal with both inbound and outbound.   They did not have the Camry  we reserved when we got there, so they offered a pickup truck, which did not meet our interests, then a Ford Focus SUV.  

I do not know if it was AWD but this was Florida so was not concerned.  The vehicle had less than 5000 miles on it and drove nicely.  It was reasonably quiet and got over 30miles per gallon.  [average from Miami to Key West  local driving and back]. Peppy. Not a drag to drive.

Very happy with the car and with enterprise.

I would have rated it 5 stars if they didn't try to sell me insurance and other "extras" I don't need, on the way out to my rental. I also think that it is kind of tacky to ask you what you really want to be driving and force you into an upgrade that you don't need. The customer service is pretty good but don't make your associates waste the customer's time by trying to "sell" me something while we walk out to the car I rented. The car was new and overall good service and pricing

I have rented from Enterprise many times, as well as other well known brands.  My most recent experience with Enterprise has been decidedly the best rental experience I’ve ever had.  The service was incredibly efficient and caring, with a follow up call to be sure everything—including the charges—was to my satisfaction.  What a breath of fresh air after a couple of nightmare experiences I’ve had with two other rental car brands in the past few months.  I have decided I will rent from Enterprise whenever possible in the future.  I’m a very happy customer.

I had several issues with the vehicle I rented from Enterprise recently.  Nothing serious, but a few things that could have been better.  When I returned the vehicle, I explained the issues and my service representative asked "what can we do to make it right?"  I suggested a resolution, they agreed, delivered on their promise.  Things go wrong. It happens. My experience with Enterprise is usually wonderful.  This one issue was handled politely, quickly, and with a smile.
