Amazing Customer Service! We had reservations at another branch for a holiday weekend and they couldn't promise they'd have a car for us.  We called this branch and Cle assured us they would have a car available.  Reggie followed through and took care of us and saw the rental and return through.  After a ton of driving it was a relief to have such an easy return.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE! This branch went above and beyond all expectations. All staff members stepped up and were willing to accommode us when another branch dropped the ball with our reservation. Cle, the branch manager and Reggie were so nice and willing to help us out.  They truly went out of their way. In the future we will only be renting from this branch!

I had to come back, since there was construction and weren't able to get car delivery. The car I got was brand new Nissan Rogue, which I really enjoyed.

I actually had a reservation at another Rent-a-Car at 7:30am in the morning to head out for our family vacation and they didn't have any cars. I called around to a couple in the area and after calling 6 different stores I found one with cars. The customer service was great. The car was good but prefer to have one with an alarm and not just a key. However is drove great and we enjoyed our family vacation. Thanks.
