Wasted my time
I booked online the weekend special for $15 a day. No mention of a $300 deposit. They tell you when you get there. And as they're handing you the keys "oh and there's a $20 a day insurance charge". So it goes up to $35 a day. I didn't rent it. Still a hold on my card for 3 days. They need to tell you these upfront. Dishonest.

Always a great experience renting with Enterprise. Staff is always friendly and very helpful answering any questions you may have. They have a great selection of automobiles to choose from with great rates. Will definetly use again.

They surpassed my expectations of professionalism and honesty. I accidentally left my WALLET and very pricey rollerblades in the rental....didn't have a clue and THEY contacted me several days later to inform me that they were holding all my belongings.

I was having my Explorer serviced at Sawgrass Ford and needed a car for one day, less than 24 hours actually. All went well during the rental process but I returned it "after hours" the next day which was Saturday. They close at 2pm. I drove only about 20 miles and put in more gas than was required upon returning.  I then got a call on Monday saying I was being charged for 3 days- after I was told it was OK to return the car after they closed on Saturday. I was not happy.... BUT- I called and spoke to Bobby, who is a rental agent there, and he was able to credit my account for the two days I did not use. I really appreciate the good service Bobby provided. Every penny counts these days so.... Thank you Bobby!
