Fantastic customer service!  They were very accommodating and helpful.  The manager, Zach, and the rest of the people at this location were awesome.  They really went above and beyond to make sure that my rental was as stress free as possible.  If I ever need another rental when I am traveling to Eugene, I will definitely go straight to their office.  Thanks for making this car rental experience a great one : )

Great staff! Got there just as they were closing - when I booked online, it did not mention the closing time was the same time I had reserved the pick up if the vehicle. They were so gracious and took care of us, gave us our vehicle, ensuring the documents were correct and got us on our way. The vehicle was clean and easy to go.

As usual, my experience with Enterprise was positive and flawless.  Thanks to the great policy Enterprise has in place of hiring only the best college graduates to staff their teams, their customer service is superb.  This Eugene location in particular was as good as they come.  As soon as I arrived to the 810 W. 6th Ave. location, I was greeted and made aware that someone would help me shortly. I had a 10 min. wait while two other customers were being helped simultaneously.  As my turn came, I had papers filled up and a car picked up in no time.   It is always so easy to deal with these young, energetic and friendly customer service representatives.  I can't imagine renting a car from anyone else.  Enterprise is always my first choice; good price, good service and good cars... what else can I ask for.

These guys are the best! A great team of individuals who are out to please and make the rental experience as comfortable and hassle free as is possible. They are always very respectful, courteous, and genuinely caring. The best place to rent from!

This is the third time to rent the car in Enterprise. Everything is awesome. My car was free upgraded, wonderful.  However, because I run at No 73 toll road, I want to pay the fee. Unfortunately, I can not pay the bill due to the rental car. I don't know should I pay the fee and the manager in Enterprise let me wait for the call or mail. Anyway, I like the Enterprise, and I will still rent the car there.
