Normally my experience here is fine. However, on my last visit I was rented a car that not only had not been washed (which is fine) but had not been cleaned out. There was glass in the back cup holder! Also, I was told I was allotted 220 miles a day and when I got back they charged me more as if I was only allowed 150 miles a day. I have been calling to get the charge removed and they said they would do that on a Monday and the credit would be there by Tuesday. It is now Thursday and nothing. I was also told I would be sent a 20% off coupon for my next rental (because of the glass)and I have yet to see that as well. Would've rated one star but normally my experience here is much better. I'm sure they're busy but had the mistakes not been made in the first place there wouldn't be an issue now..

Service at checkin and checkout was very good.

Car was dirty, windows streaked and it needed to be wiped down to make my trip.  It was obvious that a smoker had been in the vehicle as the car smelled of cigarettes. 

Having done business with Enterprise for a long time, this location continues to disappoint with the cleanliness condition of the cars rented.

Will be looking for another facility to meet my business and personal auto needs.  Previous surveys and responses to location personnel have seemingly fell on deaf ears.

The service was fast and friendly.  When I returned the rental they were kind enough to give me a ride to the  body shop to pick up my personal vehicle.

My business has been using enterprise for over 6 years and the service has been superb every single time. I don't know of any other business that has provided such consistently excellent performance. Thank you.
