Ever since Jeanine (who was AMAZING!) left the business and new ownership took over, the new management seems not to be as friendly or accommodating.  Anytime I have a concern, big or small, the new owner never seems to truly listen and justifies why she is right and I am wrong.  In case anyone is wondering, she has been in this business several years and will tell you that every time, so there is no way any complaint is valid to her.  I will be switching my rental location as a result.

The car was filthy with stickiness on drivers door handle on windshield and wasn't cleaned.  I have attached one example of the stickiness and there were so much more!  This should have been taken care and I should not have had to pay to clean up a car. Jeanie no longer there and has been replaced with woman (kim) who was not polite, pleasant, or respectful.

I am an old customer of Avis in three different States. I'm happy in general on how Avis is doing. They were fair and reasonable to me. The service I received from this location in Mexico Rd. St Peters, MO. can only be characterized as stellar. I can go on reciting and narrating how out of his way the local vendor is going {"owner" i.e Steve Hays (took over after Jeanine retired) } to accommodate my concerns and car rental needs, but I might sound boring or funny. The service is just exceptional. Avis's (and 'Budget' I suppose) future is in good hands. I can only hope they (he) keep(s) it up and doesn't  "compromise" or slow down. Thanks.

I specifically asked to rent a mid size sedan for Friday and Saturday. The representative at Avis lied and overbooked the car that I was suppose to get and told me that she had me booked for Thursday. It is very unprofessional of them to do this to me.
