Upon pickup the vehicle interior was dirty (looked like dogs were in it) and smelled, but the agent vacuumed it again - not certain how they could have even brought it to me in this condition in the first place.  After driving away, the smell of cigarette smoke became very strong.  I called around to see if I could swap it out, but there were no vehicles of the same size available, and I had to leave that day for a family trip.  The vehicle rode fine, and there were no mechanical issues, but the cigarette smell became stronger as the days went on.  Between the dirty interior and cigarette smell, the overall experience was not pleasant.  This is the second time I've rented from this location, and the interior was dirty.

We have a family of 6, so I made it clear when I made the reservations that I would need a suburban to be able to fit everyone and all our luggage in. We were supposed to pick up at 6 o'clock in the evening. When we got there they we're closed. I should have been informed that they would be closed if they made my reservations for me to pick the vehicle up at 6 o'clock. So we had to go back up the following morning which was the day we were l leaving and should have been packed up ready to go. To make things even worse it was an expedition not a suburban.  They then told us the next day that they can't guarantee that people get suburbans  and that suburbans and expeditions are the same size . Needless to say we had to leave some things at home and we were very  uncomfortable in our rental, due to lack of space.

Super service, I mean over the top from beginning until the end. Shaun or Sean is the man. Called me before I picked up our car, realized we needed a bigger one, got it and called me after the return of the car to let me know the bill and what not. Good stuff and sharp guy.
