Online said 190$ I got con artist at register to charge me 600$ !!!!!!!! I didn't even know the total till I drove home. This place is robbery!!!! Wish I could give the place -100 stars what a joke!!! Customer service is awful!!! Awful taste left in my mouth over this! Awful place and worse customer service I've experienced in my life! I wish I just used Uber all weekend ! I absolutely hate this place! Lady on the phone had the nerve to laugh when I explained my problem tonight. It is in your absolute best interest to go elsewhere for rentals. Unless you want to be on vacation like me and absolutely sick to your stomach at the bs this place pulls!

Only put 1 star because I had to, otherwise it would have negative stars. The Salesman Angelo at this location just tried to get me for $600.00 on a $127.00 rental and claimed it was in the policy on the site then proceeded to ask if I wanted "wager" that it says in writing on the site that $600.00 dollars would be charged. Now being the person I am, I clearly read all the writing in the policy and NO WHERE did it say that, so I replied that I would wager on it, and I showed him the policy where it states up to $350.00 or up to 15% of the total rental. Once I showed him that, he claimed that wasn't the right site, but yet I Google searched dollar rental car st. Louis airport and it took me to the mobile site where I put in reservations for this particular location. He then proceeded to tell me it was a different site yet again it was the same site just his was desk top.. he started to read off policy which was the same exact policy word for word as what I showed him and again NO WHERE said a charge of $600.00. I said to him so if i were to have taken that wager you would have lost sir, he then said no ma'am I'd hate to take your money. I understand if I were to have been under 25, because it did say if you are under 25 other charges may apply, but that didn't pertain to me because I'm over 35. So this man had no knowledge of their policy and lost business. I've never in all the years I've rented a car had to pay a $600.00 charge. Horrible experience, major lack of professionalism and would never pay a charge 3 times over the rental amount.

The overall service was ok. The woman checking me out seemed more interested in chatting with her coworker about non work related topics. The car selection was decent, there were 2 models and 3 color options available for my reservation. I was in and out in less than 10 mins. The lot is different, so to access as the pick up parking isn't very easy to find by signs.  Thr vehicle was clean so I would rent here again.

plus days of travel a year for the last 15 years. This rental car experience takes the cake for the all time worst!! Was told by 2 separate desk employees that the shuttle started at 5am. That time was also listed on their website, their google maps page and printed materials. I showed up at 5:15am to a locked gate. There was a sign on the gate with instructions to park at the Self park lot across the street and $9 would be added to my rental bill. Several calls to the office went unanswered. Due to this unprofessional business I was within seconds of missing my flight. I would warn you to avoid Dollar Rental car of St Louis at any cost.

Waited almost 20 minutes for the shuttle and when we called back the lady was rude. You will never won repeat business when you tell the customer they are not telling the truth.
