For the most part we enjoyed our experience. The cars were fairly new and in good shape.  Exterior of the cars could have been cleaner and the windows definitely needed cleaning, inside and out. Of course during freezing temperatures some of that can't be helped. But during good weather, the cars should be cleaner.

Service was good except when there's only one sales rep to take care of many customers.   Sales reps were friendly and helpful.  The pick up service is great. Overall they try to do a good job and we will rent from them again.

I had an awesome experience with this location! Right when I walked in I was greeted by Connor Brett, one of the reps here and he was awesome. It was my first time renting a car so naturally I had a lot of questions. Connor made my process quick and easy, answered any questions I had and definately made me feel confident in the car I received. I reserved a car a few days in advance for a trip I was taking and when I got there the car I they were out of the car I had reserved so I got an upgraded car for no charge! Will definitely be using this location in the future. Thank you Connor and team!

Everyone who I interacted with was friendly and seemed genuinely happy I was there. The gentleman who picked me up (sorry I don’t remember your name), Clayton - who got me my vehicle, Brandon who checked me in and Rachael who gave me a ride back to the body shop, all were top notch!  I rent mostly from Enterprise, but never before from this location. Highly recommend using them if it works for you!

This neighborhood Enterprise location is very convenient for me when I travel to the St Louis area. The prices are better than the competition and their service is great. Clean cars and friendly staff!

I had a great experience here at Enterprise on Mexico Loop Road.  I called and asked them to pick me up & the driver came when they said he would.  Very pleasant driver and I must say a real gentleman.  He opened my car door & waited till I got in both times.  You don’t see that too often! Got to the desk where they were waiting for me.  Excellent service.  I’ll be using them again!
