Just so that everyone knows that the Enterprise Rental office on El Cajon Blvd  in San Diego, Ca. by far is one of the best places to get the best service. I can get to this location so easily and when I can't, they pick me up and make my lift easier. There's no place like home and this location makes me feel just like that. 

Cory is the manager at that location right now and he always takes very good care of everyone who walks through the door. His staff is nice, pleasant and they smile and  take the time to see if everything is the way you want it. This is the way to get it done, my hat goes off to you Cory and  your crew. Keep up the good work, it's always a pleasure to come to your location to get my rental car, thanks a million.

Horrible. Reserved a car days in advance for a trip. When I went to pick it up they checked me in as normal, ran my credit card and then decided to tell me no car was available and I would have to wait. They couldn't give me a time frame of how long so I went home and after an hour of waiting decided to contact another rental agency that was able to get me a car right away but was double the price due to it being last minute. I tried calling multiple times to get my money refunded and they never answered the phone. They finally called me 4.5 hours later asking if I still needed a car. I called their corporate office to file a complaint and was told someone would call me within 48 hours. It's been 6 days and no one has contacted me, so instead I'm going to write this bad review hoping that it will save someone else from the hassle.

I LOVE Enterprise! I have been renting from them for more than 20 years.  I remember in 2000 April 1st at that, getting into a car accident. Enterprise took great care of me. I had full coverage so a tow truck came and took me to another enterprise (I rented from a location in Orange County, CA and was driving to N. Hollywood) in Los Angeles. The accident occurred in downtown LA. Enterprise gave me another car and upgraded for no extra costs. I love Enterprise! They are the best. I will always go to them and will always refer people to them. I really love that they will pick you up. If you haven't tried them yet, you really should. They will take care of you. Have patience and remember 'Just because your in a rush, doesn't mean you need to be rude.' (I remember someone getting upset with the staff) They will get to you. If you have never rented before, read the qualifications first. This way you won't upset yourself for them not being able to rent to you because you were unprepared. Call and ask whatever questions you have. I hope this helped. Enjoy your riding adventure, whatever it may be.

This is the best Enterprise Rent A Car branch in San Diego.  I've rented many vehicles from the Enterprise and from different branches including the Exotic line, and this branch is by far the best. All staff members here were welcoming, accommodating, friendly, efficient, and professional. Special thanks to Perris, Andrew, and Katie. I will, most certainly, come back to this location in the future. Totally worth the additional 14 mile drive past the nearest branch from my house!

Excellent Customer Service The staff There Are Always Courteous And Friendly They Have A Large Selection Cars And They Get You Into The Car That You Want And If For Some Reason They Cant They Will Go Above And Beyond To Accommodate You.
