I came in to rent a car while my car was repaired .  They didn't have info from my insurance so I put it, temporarily, on my debit car.  They next day I called them with the info from insurance and how to bill them.  Two days later it is still on my card.  I tried to call and straighten this out but it is impossible.  They don't answer the phone even though it is 45 min. before closing and the message machine is a company loop that NEVER lets you leave a message.  In person the people are pleasant, but between the inability to bill my insurance given a claim number and a fax number, and it being impossible to reach them by phone I am really annoyed.

I would love to review a zero star status but I guess there’s no option for that, terrible service I was actually charged almost 300$ to my bank account for a rental car and was told there was a glitch in their system and was morning given a rental. No receipt for the transaction tried calling there corporate office they also advised there was nothing they can do BEWARE of this Location there system will rob you bank account and you’ll walk away with no rental

DISRESPECTFUL AND PHYSICALLY AGGRESSIVE STAFF.  If I could give less than a star I would however I am not sure it would post and I feel people should be aware of this location.  I called 1 hour before I was to pick up my rental car so it could be ready, yet when I arrived the car was not ready in fact they could not find it right away saying "it should be right here and we kept walking to locate it.  The car was pelted with bird droppings and had to be washed which took another 20 mins then the staff said it's ready outside.  Staff did not go out with me and I could not find the car and tried to get into different dark cars, then exasperated I went back inside had  asking for assistance. The car was not gassed up and they said the gas card was with the manager that had to leave for personal reasons.  The Staff refused to give me their names and refused the last name of the female manager  that took the gas card.  So much more... I had to file  a complaint with another Hertz office because I was left crying, I was so upset.  This location needs additional training with staff on how to provide customer service and a serious inquiry with one employee that shoved me because I said I was going to take a photo since they would not provide their name.

Not happy..  There still needs to be an adjustment to my bill...if I am able to get this fixed I will update this review to reflect being fairly treated but so far things are not right with my bill . ..so here goes... Wednsday March 21 I had a reservation for economy rate ... My reservation was $300 and I went there 4 hours early to make sure I had everything required of me to rent this car...  The oriental looking manager behind the counter found my reservation for $300.00 .   she said she required $500.00 to be available on a credit card and my drivers licence... My limit was $300.00 so I went to bank  and paid off the card to allow a $500 limit exact available credit..
