I tried renting a car from this location to go out of town for the holidays. Since we were near the area, we decided to see if we can pick up the rental a little early. There was only one person working there. When we told him we were early, we barely got those words out of our mouths, when the gentleman told us he can't help us and that I have to come back because he has too many reservations. We left and came back at the original time of our reservation. We noticed the same rental cars that were there before, were still there. When it was my turn, he rudely answered the phone after asking me how he can help me. He was rudely talking to the customer about renting a car. After he hung up, he asked for my id, he took one look at my address on my id and told me he can't rent me a car because I don't live in that area. Even though I told him, I've rented from there more than three times before, he kept saying that was their policy for the past two years. What he didn't know was that I used to work for Enterprise myself. I never heard of such a policy. The last time I rented from there was last year so I don't know how that policy has been in effect for the past two years. Also, he stated that they don't accept debit card payments when again, I've paid with a debit card before. All they do is add an additional $250 deposit on top of my total, which I was fine with. I will never rent from Enterprise again due to the poor and rude customer service at this branch. I took my business to Avis where they rented me a car and accept debit card payments. Plus Avis had newer cars. Do not rent from Enterprise!

They have always been good to us but I've found sometimes the prices online are cheaper than the ones locally. So if you book make sure you cross-check the pricing and see if they match. Otherwise they have always pulled through and have been incredibly helpful and friendly.

David Mancilla was extremely accommodating. Was willing to work with me when it came to the payment of the rental. The driver Andrew was very friendly as well and followed up with me of when he was leaving and when he was in front of me home. James Coleman was very friendly when checking me out. Made me laugh and told me to come back anytime. David Mancilla offered to get me back home, but I had a ride picking me up. Love this office!!

I have been a regular customer in the recent past, but needed a vehicle for a 1,000  mile roundtrip. Signing out was painless and the representative's service was great! This location near San Diego Airport is excellent.

It was great renting from this location,  great service and very quick. I'll definately rent again from this location.
