This place is small. Not wheelchair accessible.  The guy in the store is not very professional looking or clean or helpful.  I called because i was late to ask how much more the car would be and he wouldn't answer my question.  Had me drive down only to tell me it's cheaper to keep it for the weekend.  No place for customers to park.  You have 15 minutes and if the computers are down like they were when i was there you may be there 45 minutes. Then charged me for the 45 minutes. I will be contacting customer care. Confusing to find the sign is on 2 buildings and its in one room.

My car was in an accident and the estimated repair was 8 business days.  The repair shop was fabulous and completed the work in under 3 days.  Raul had rented me the car and was working when I returned the rental early.  Turns out the daily rate was going to be almost as much as the weekly rate. Raul asked me to have a seat and spent at least 10 minutes finding me a better rate.  So, instead of $394 it was $130. He really went out of his way and I left feeling great!!!

HORRIBLE. I picked up a car here that I had chosen online through Hotwire and the man behind the desk spent 20 minutes talking with some woman about totally irrelevant things. He also asked me if I wanted insurance and I declined, but charged me for it anyway. I've been going through absolute hell with Budget just to have it removed. Worst customer service from both the corporate level and local level. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I came today  to rant a car .  They  are told me we don't accept the Debt card they only accept credit card . And l have with me everything thing to prove l have many such as  rant apartment  . He told me l don't want to see anything.

Upon arrival , our greeting was less than accommodating and certainly not friendly. Abrasive and annoyed , the staff was unwilling to answer our questions, disregarded comments on insurance and insisted we needed 11 day coverage(which isn't required according to the corporate site) in which she FAILED to tell us it was 11 Dollars PER DAY . We were told it would cover damage in the shop that our coverage wouldn't cover , despite owning full coverage. Reflecting back on it , it seems they (she) were boosting their sales and were very deceiving and nonconsistant with prices and their policies. I would not recommend taking your money here , we weren't allowed to use the original card that pre purchased the car for 11 days despite them telling us we could use another card  (failing to say it had to match the person who picked it up) my son couldn't drive at 21 ( despite the website saying he could with an additional charge and the state of California allowing 21 year olds to rent cars , BUDGET isn't worth even one star , consider yourself lucky if you've had a better experience here or have had a better staff worker other than the abrupt , extremely short and rude foreign woman .
