Reserved a vehicle with a representative on the phone for this location, got email confirmation and everything. Took an uber to the location to pick up my vehicle and the young brunette male who refused to give me his name and gave me a blank Hertz card on 5/17 (at 3:45pm- so your manager knows who was working then) said they were out of cars. He said - I called and no one answered. I told him he didn't call me because there were no missed calls on my phone and he wasn't able to give me the phone number he called. I then asked if he could get me the same rate at the airport since I had gotten a confirmation saying I was able to get a car at the current location I was at and he said no. He didn't offer to call or anything. I told him it's not my fault that they ran out of cars and yet I still got a confirmation number and he said it didn't matter. Probably the worst customer service I've ever had. I'll never use hertz again and I'll be sure that my friends and family don't either.

I usually don't write reviews, but this one I had to. First of all they rented me a car with the airbag light on and the engine belt was making weird noises. I took the car back and told them if they can give me something biggier then the car they rented me but they said they don't have anything bigger. During my chat a lady comes by returning a yukon and I ask if I can take the car she is returning and they said that I could not because they think, the car needed a oil change. Bottom line I had a very unpleasant experience.

No, it's here, there isn't any sign about Hertz, just go to the Buick office.

This is not a valid HLE location. The telephone number listed is actually to the Marvin K. Brown Location at 1441 Camino Del Rio South (in San Diego) at a local Cadillac Dealership.
