Excellent experience! The travel agency signed me up for the Emerald Club which was nice. Basically choose your car and drive off. The car was clean and good driving condition as one would expect with a car rental company.

I would recommend this rental company for anyone wanting quality. On the other hand the price was competitive.

The best car rental experience I have had in my entire life. Excellent vehicle, simple and easy pickup and perfect drop off. Was on my way to my flight faster than I ever imagined. Thank you for the great service.

Cars were ready as usual, and it took all of 3 minutes to be on my way. 
Emerald Isle works great. The return went very quickly, and that was very important. I gave myself a extra hour to make the airport, and LA traffic was a mess as usual. So flying through the return was excellent. Thanks for a nice car , and quick service. They smiled and were polite too!

Great experience! From picking the car I want from the Emerald Aisle to returning the car all convenient & hassle free. Lots of cars to choose from & the little interaction I did have was pleasant and friendly. I now use National anytime I need a rental. I would highly recommend National!

National is never disappointing.  Large variety of cars to choose from and the customer service is excellent.  The hassle free experience of choosing a car and driving off is unique.  I have even been able to choose a R/T Charger V8 off the lot.  I'll never use another.
