HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We reserved a car from this enterprise for our vacation and they GAVE IT AWAY because we were over 90 minutes late to pick it up. They had no other cars available. It was not clear AT ALL that there was any time stipulations for our pick up. We would have called had we known to keep our reservation. We paid to be driven to enterprise from the airport for no reason at all. Horrible customer service. Will NEVER use this car rental company again.

Great staff and very helpful and professional. We were staying in the Gaslight district and it was very convenient to just rent a car on the days we needed one. Prices were a great value and the car in great condition.

I love Enterprise! I've been renting from them for years. Whether it's out of state or local, Enterprise takes pride in taking care of their customers. This location, however, is THE best location! I rent from this location about twice a year. OUTSTANDING customer service from the time you walk into the door, until you drive out of their garage. I will never go to another location!

Good service at this Enterprise Rent-a-car.
It's also well served by bus transportation from SD airport ( 2.5 bucks per trip ). 
It took me 5 min to get the car, and 5 min process to give it back.

Little negatives points that made me put 4 stars :
- Area is kinda creepy,  a lot of homeless people, smell pi, trash on the ground and so on. ( Nothing they can do about it now but they picked the location when opened the store ).
- I got a tire that was keeping getting flat, I had the car for about 5 days, and I had to put air 3 times during my trip. Didn't get any compensation or a little something that other location usually do. ( I'm a regular client ).
- Most of the staff is extremely nice, some are not at all. We spent less than 2 min with the staff who didn't really care and were not enjoying working in a service environment ( or maybe they had a bad day idk).

The overall experience still feels very good, this company offer great deals and we got a good stay in California.
Keep doing the good work and work on the little details that will makes you super awesome !

5 stars. Selection of cars is an issue, but thats the trade off for a downtown location. Have had a couple cars that should be better maintained, however over the course of 40 rentals thru Enterprise its been possibly 3-4 cars. In each instance - and this is what I appreciate most - Enterprise took care of the issue and my rental expense.  In other locations I've been provided outstanding new cars possibly when I had to drive the most.
