The people seemed nice while checking us in.  The day of car pickup it was raining and took us outside to check the car for damages.  They had the rental agreement on a small screen tablet that they scrolled through very fast.  They asked if I wanted damage protection.  They explained this protected the car for any damage including totaling the car.  They told me this was $32/day, but could be removed later.  I decided to opt for this while I got used to the car for a day or two.  

The car itself had Canadian plates.  I have found that while driving a foreign car other drivers act reckless trying to pass or cut me off.  For this reason I felt trapped in keeping the damage protection.  Next, everything in the car was in km and km/hr.  This was very annoying.  Finally in regards to the foreign plates, was very uncomfortable while in public where I have been stalked and approached more than once about being from Canada.

I was very happy to return the car and get rid of it.  However, my bad experience did not end there.  A few hours later after I receive the emailed receipt I realize that I the protection plan was not simply the damage waiver, but also a roadside assistance and personal injury coveraged too.  Never were these extra items mentioned at the time of pickup.   I was never shown these as line items on the small screened tablet.

My advice is do not accept a rental car without local plates, or at least from the US.  Be sure to push back on the sales rep and do not trust the rep, they have a bad habit with sticking you with unwanted fees. Finally, do not choose Enterprise.  I will not be renting from them again.

I was sent to enterprise from Audi while my car was in for service. I had the most amazing experience with Enterprise. First I was picked up at Audi which took only a few minutes door to door. When I arrived at Enterprise everyone working greeted me and made my day. I ended up having multiple conversations that made me forget that I was without my car. The people working at the front desk area were totally amazing and I was extremely impressed!  They went totally out of their way. Thanks again!

My experience with my rental was extraordinary. Upon entering the store I was immediately welcomed. The Enterprise team were very friendly and courteous. Excellent service. Great car!

If I could give 0 stars for this review I would - I had to get a rental car after someone else was at fault for an accident resulting in my car having to be at a repair shop for 2 weeks. Enterprise knows fully well that no car insurance company reimburses for rental car coverage, yet they told me that USAA would cover it and proceeded to push me to opt in for the full rental coverage anyways. After we were made aware by both USAA and Geico that no car insurance reimburses for rental car coverage, and that Enterprise did have knowledge of this and took advantage of me anyways, Enterprise still refused to get rid of the coverage costs even though they took advantage of the situation to have monetary gain from it via predatory practices. Their predatory practices are solidified by the fact that I'm a 22 year old blonde woman, who they profiled and took advantage of. They're absolutely horrible at this location and are of no help at all - not to mention the fact that they lied throughout the whole month and a half process through which I had to deal with this personally and alongside Geico. I would highly NOT recommend this location, in particular, or Enterprise in general.
