I’ve had the worst experience for the first time enterprise! Let me start by saying the receptionist mood at this location was very nonchalant and erupt. I did not at feel welcomed. Most importantly, I was told nothing about the $250 extra card cold plus the $40 dollar under $25 age fee over the phone. I specifically called this location and I asked for details about fees, booking, even insurance. I asked if I can use a debt card and they said you you just have to show some sort of utility bill. I did everything they asked and took three buses from Brooklyn to Staten Island to get there just be turned right around. I would never come here again. I don’t recommend anyone else come here

The best Enterprise location hands down is the Bay Street office when renting in Staten Island. For me this one is conveniently located to my place so anytime I need them I can literally walk there.  And the staff ARE ROCKSTARS! THEY MAKE IT HAPPEN !!

My favorite hands down is Fatima and I'm sure if you visit this location and meet her you'd agree. This little lady handles her business and handles it well. Whether it's an office full or just a couple people in here she always provides excellent customer service whether and I love it.

Highly recommend this location. For some reason the prices at this location is a little more than others but well worth it if you're the type that values great service and accommodation. 
Management here is ALWAYS on point as well.

I was very satisfied with their services. No one tried to aggressively sell me any extra packages. Pick up and drop off both went smoothly and quickly. Thanks!

I have to say the customer service here is amazing, friendly, and overall there aim is to see their customers  satisfied and happy. If i need to rent a car again, hands down I will go to this location. Thanks guys!!!

Had always good experience with them. The staff is very friendly. I ordered a compact car. I went there and they didn't have any so offered my Grand Caravan or Ford Expedition for the same rate.
