We had bad experience with this Greenwood location twice and we have been doing rentals with Enterprise for years. We had a rental with this location several months ago due to an accident through our insurance company. We found several days later our credit card was over charged of what the difference we had to pay. We called to see what was the problem they stated our insurance had cancelled. We called our insurance to see what was wrong with our policy the agent say nothing because your payment is not due yet and you are covered and that Enterprise never called the agent to verfied we had coverage at all! Second bad experience we made reservation for a vehicle we get ready to go pick up the vehicle and they say the vehicle had a flat tire and they had no more rentals in. Therefore you will think they had maintenance to cover small problems like that to please their customer since their reservations was already made in advanced. We have walked into this location before hearing customers speak on how they was treated and told areangemnts differently also. We will never rent from this Greenwood SC location again even if it through insurance accident. Not professional at all we have left messages with the regional manager and never respond back to us.

Awesome service. ...
My rental on 12/17 was wonderful. I reserved online went in to my local Enterprise Customer Service was swift I was in and out no problem. Returned  vehicle on 12/19.

Not Happy......
Now, my rental on 12/23 reserved for 2 pm was a total nightmare.  I was told my rental would be a certain amount I even called to confirm the day before, so I would be prepared with no issues.  Well I didn't have enough money when I returned back to pick up my rental I very unsatisfied with the car I was being what appeared to be forced into. While being displeased with the vehicle inspection after being told this was the only car they had and if I would've come at 3 o'clock when my reservation was scheduled i would've had a better selection.  I told the young lady first of all my reservstion was 2pm not I got 
There at 1:20 yes I was earlier for my 2 pm reserve but not to be given junk for the weekend. I walked away going back onto the office and asked the manager Jessica for a different car. She very efficiently assisted me with a better vehicle after being told there weren't any other choices.  This delay caused me to miss an appointment that could not be rescheduled until March 2017. 
I left Enterprise very very disappointed at the service.  The wait time while registering me and issuing a vehicle was too long. And then trying to just unload any ole vehicle on me and then telling me I needed roadside assistance in the deal. .very displeased. I doubt if I'll ever go back to Enterprise and this is the only rental company I have ever used.

The best experience I've ever had. It took a while before leaving enterprise rent-a-car but that was due to my insurance company not enterprise. Enterprise thanks for your great service
