car was great.  Well cared for and we cared for it.  Available on time.  Sad part was the bill at the end with "license charge"???  What on earth is that.  Sick of extra charges not advised when car is rented.  Big ripoff I think.  I paid it but not worth the fight.

Rent  the car was fast and easy online. Picking up the car was also quick and easy. I was able to drop off the car before they were even open. And I got my deposit back in just 3 days. And this was on a holiday weekend.

The Aiken Enterprise office is efficient and friendly and I usually get a nicer car than I asked for.  I recommend them and I love the weekend deal.  However, I know Enterprise has a penalty for people who smoke in the cars, but I feel like I'm the only being penalized.  On three occasions I've gotten a car that smelled of smoke.  This latest time, any of my clothes that were in the car over night smelled afterwards.  Also a note to the guys who clean the cars: No, air freshener doesn't cover it up and lots of air freshener is worse than none.

I have used this location many times. Reserved in advanced, car was waiting for me when I arrived. Staff was friendly and helpful. In and out in ten minutes.  Returning was just as smooth. I like this office and location. There is a Shell Station right next to it, makes re fueling before drop off very easy!

Rented twice from this location this week and both times were excellent experiences.  Everyone involved in all the transactions from drivers to agents were very cordial.  I would recommend renting from this location, especially since they are now open 7 days a week.
