Could not ask for more from a rental agency. I had requested a large SUV to travel for our daughters wedding out of state.. Was very concerned we could pack everything in it. When I went to pick it up they had upgraded at no extra charge a 2017 Chevy Suburban which turned out to be perfect for our needs. They were quick and efficient on paper work and their billing was just as they had written it up. When we fly to Ft. Lauderdale we receive the same great service from Enterprise. Would never use anyone else.

I love using enterprise mainly because of the gentleman who always helps me his name is Ross he is wonderful ! Ross always makes sure I am happy with all my services !  My business will stay with Ross & enterprise because he has been so good to me !

This is the only place in Hot Springs I use for car rentals - several times a year for business trips. The staff is great and they always have a car for me!

There were charges that weren't mentioned at the time when inquiring about rates. Such roadside coverage and others. In my opinion this could have been mentioned when inquiring about rates, not when you're in the rental about to leave. Be straight up.
