Rented a vehicle from this location on 12/30/16-1/3/17, once on the road the vehicle tire keep going low and had to stop ample times during the night to fill it up. Called roadside assistance who didn't offer much assistance, but reached out to the rental agent Alexandria and the manager Tanner and they went above and beyond to make this trip a success. Thanks again and look forward to support this location in the future. I must add the entire staff is always pleasant and cooperative when we have visited this location..

Overall it was very easy renting a car...only drawback was their car insurance was put on our bill without asking us and we had to drive back to redo it with our insurance.  Extending the rental was extremely easy, just had to call

Great place  to rent from. I've been here a couple of times and the service is great. Just very long wait times every time I go. Car selection is not that great as well. For a full size sedan class, I only had two options, a Jeep Patriot and a Nissan Frontier. Both terrible on gas, only went with the Patriot because it was newer and fewer miles. Plus the little bit of extra space was great for my families stuff. Fuel mileage was complete crap though, all interstate mileage only got me 250 miles per tank, at almost 5 fill ups. I paid more for gas than I did the rental. Would have loved an actual sedan as apposed to a mini SUV.

Great service! Fast and efficient. They had my car ready to go even when I asked for it a day earlier then my reservation. Keep up the good work!

The staff was extremely friendly and nice. Everyone was knowledgeable and looked sharp. I appreciated this a lot. Its how i would want my staff to carry themselves. However,  i called hours ahead of time to get the vehicle and it still took 45 minutes to pick up. I had to wait while they washed it and cleaned it out. Not that it helped...as soon as i got in the car (very late at this point) the smell of cigarettes hit me and my sinuses went through the roof. It was awful. I had no time at this point to wait another 45 minutes. The seats were old and stained looking and by far the worst part was the front window had a flim on it that made it so blurry to see in the rain, it was dangerous and had to pull over twice. I couldnt imagine being in that vehicle for more than a day. (It was less than a day) I turned it in, again receiving great customer service, but will not be returning to Enterprise again. Not worth the money at all. Very Disappointing.
