Wonderful company, they were a life saver when I needed a rental to get my daughter from college.  they were very polite and the wait was not long, and customer service was great.  My  rep Anna was great, and I loved her personality and her eagerness to make sure that I was satisfied with my rental and my rental experience. I will be definitely going back to that location on Dunn road, its close to my house, and I love the attention that everyone there gave me. I have 2 more reservations set up.

Good car rental. Call them and they will pick you as well as drop you at your place. Documents required are international driving permit and a credit card. Sometimes they insist on getting at least on of their insurance with the rental which almost double the rental cost but then it adds to safety at your end

I had a reservation for a large SUV for two weeks and an appointment at noon.  When I showed up they hadnt cleaned the car yet. After we waited for them to clean the car we dropped off our car being fixed.  When I changed over car seats I realized the seat would not latch back so it is a major safety issue with the car seat. When I brought it to their attention they offered a minivan instead. There was a large suv on the lot that they said they couldnt rent. Rather than tracking down a safe large SUV, I was instructed to call twice a day to see if one was available.  Horrible sense of customer service.

I had I great experience with each and every employee. I had someone different who picked me up and took me home. Great trip
All the employees held a good conversation no awkard feelings on any of the ride.
