I am beyond pleased with my experience with Progressive and their repair services. I was rear ended by one of their clients a week ago and I already have my car back and fixed. They gave me a 2017 rental car while my car was in their shop being fixed. The customer service from beginning to end was the best I think I've ever experienced. I am very very happy with how smoothly and professional everything was handled. I will recommend this location from here on out. Thank you for incredible customer service.

Overall I would give 2 1/2 stars to Progressive. My parked car was hit and totaled in a 4 car accident. I only had liability and Prgressive would not give me a rental. The did cut me a check in about a week once they sorted it out who was at fault.

Less than 5 hours after their insured wrecked my son they were calling to ask if we settle for $500 and they sold their insured a policy they only covered $10,000 for vehicles and 25,000 for medical how does that keep up with modern times.

I absolutely hated dealing with Progressive! Mike was extremely misleading and gave out false information. Thankfully they are not my insurance company.

I got hit my someone insured my Progressive and the whole process was extremely simple. The people at the service center were all great! They always answered any questions I had and were very helpful. Within 2 weeks my car is back with me after being fixed with them and I am very pleased with how easy they make everything. It turned a crummy situation into an okay one.
