First time using this Enterprise branch.  The price was extremely competitive and the staff was great.  BUT the vehicle they gave us had plastic bottles and a cup come from under the front seats.  Checking under the seats should be a standard step in prepping the car for the next client.  Also, CLEAN THE INSIDE OF THE WINDOWS!!!  None of them do this, so it is the first thing this driver does after picking up a rental.  We will use this branch again without any second thoughts.

I had a fabulous experience with renting a car while visiting St Louis Thanksgiving weekend. I was upgraded for free on my car choice and the service was prompt and thorough. I wish I could remember everyone's name that helped me on Friday 11/24 and Monday 11/27 but everyone was friendly and courteous. Thank you and I will continue to use Enterprise when traveling.

I always am greeted with a pleasant smile when visiting them.  I had a very bad experience with Thrifty Car Rental and swear I would never go back there again. Enterprise always makes sure that I am 100 percent satisfied.  I always refer friends or family if they have to rent a car to go to Enterprise.

We have used enterprise for many years now and have no problems with the service.  The only thing I think you guys should do is to make sure that the windshield wash thingy is full.  Three rentals we've had needed to have some put in. Other than that no problems.  We even replaced a flat tire once and they refunded us.  Great company.
