Alamo made this rental easy and effortless. We checked in before we even got there so all we had to do was get the car. The car was clean and great.  Loaded up went through the exit booth and were on our way. It took all of ten min to leave Alamo and two min to return the car. Their system makes it so easy to rent a car. I don't have a credit card so being able to use my debit card made it that much better for me. I will definitely be using Alamo again on future trips.

Been renting the last 3-4 months and I will say that overall it is okay service and vehicle.  Sometimes the vehicle are not as clean as I would hope and what really make my blood boil is the fluctuation in vehicle prices.  One week a full size car will run you a good $25 a day and the next week close to $60 a day same vehicle.  I paid $88 for 4 days and then I extended for 2 more days they said it would be $192 in addition to the already charged $88. My Lord. Highway robbery. I am paying 1-2 people payroll check alone.  I can't wait to stop using this high price service.  Customer Service is great though esp whenever I rented. The prices are not so great though.

I've used this St. Louis Airport location three times. Each time the cars were grungy on the inside. They have a millions cars on this lot, however all three times there were no cars for me to choose from. Each time they brought a car around for me not giving me any choice or selection. On two occasions they did not provide me the car class I reserved (even though it appeared as if there were thousands of cars on the lot). All three times the cars were higher mileage cars with something that was in need of repair. On another note, the location is convenient to the airport, the bus services to and from the airport is quick, and the price of the cars is the least expensive around. The staff is hit or miss, one time they seemed happy to serve me, the next time they showed little emotion and the last time (2/2017) they seemed as if they had better things to do.

Free shuttle to and from airport. The drivers were great assisting us with luggage, car seat and stroller. Checking in to get the car was fairly simple, We were able to upgrade to a full size SUV with no problems. Unfortunately the car we received was completely dirty inside and out. Dropping off the car was easy as well. Just pull the car up and the associate checks the car asks if you want a recipe and that it.
