Convenient. Accessible. Expensive to rent without coupons or discounts. Staff is courteous and helpful.

First time going here I was bringing vehicle in because windshield cracked & spreaded across window, I was told I would be charged but nothing until my rental agreement contract was ended. Told me I couldn't get receipt because if he printed it out it would charge my card the $173 fee, I said ok and left. Before leaving I checked account only to find out they had charged me anyway. Sti waiting on my refund.
2nd time I go to exchange car because tire pressure light keeps coming on & the car shakes if I drive past 60mph. They inform me that I would be charged  $300 detailing fee because the AIR FRESHENER I used was too strong they wouldn't be able to rent car out before detailing it. Car had just came from car wash, no stains, crumbs nothing just a scent of AIR FRESHENER. They completely ignored tire situation & stayed focused on AIR FRESHENER I USED. Not to mention car smelled like pure ass & feet when I got it. Assistant manager Annette hung up on me, Ryan wouldn't accept my calls. All around horrible service & I have been renting from Hertz for 2months consistent. I'll stick to Clayton location.

Hard to navigate into entrance and exit. Off site lot is unhandy for travel.

Best place to rent a car.  If you are a hertz gold member the shuttle will drop you off in front of a board telling you where your car is.  Get in, the keys are there, drive to the exit, show your ID, and your off.  It's very quick and easy.
