I’ve rented from this place several times, and they always take great care of me. The location is clean and tidy. It’s on the smaller side so make sure you have a reservation scheduled in advance. I love that they will pick you up, which makes renting a car easy and convenient. The only thing I don’t like is that their parking lot is gated and locked and there is no key box, so it’s impossible to return a car when they are closed.

I really did feel like family - Phil picked me up and brought me to my car, and treated me like an honored ambassador, with dignity and warmth.  There was a bottle of water waiting for me in the car, and I felt equally valued upon returned the car. Service was friendly and warm, yet professional.  5-star service! Thank you!!

I do not rent from any other Enterprise locations. Even if I am unable to secure a car online, the staff is usually great with accommodating my request. These guys are great. Even as the associates move on to management and new staff comes in, they are all great.

I was renting a car for three days. I was not permitted to leave my own car on their lot but they offered a pick up service. I was told to give them a 15 minute window for the pickup time and that they would call ahead. When it was 5 minutes passed that pick up time I called and said the driver was on his way. When I arrived at the rental facility there was not a car available to me. I had made my reservation over 2 months in advance. I waited over 30 minutes to get a car. Upon my return there was only one staff member there so no one could drive me home. The staff was very nice and courteous.

Staff is very nice. Shelly Powell and Alex Eaton are always professional. They make me feel like a valued customer. Their level of professionalism is one to be spoken about. We need more people like them in customer service. Thank you. Even Alex (Caucasian manager) has gotten better.
