This place is small but has plenty vehicles. Always great customer service and professionalism. Clean facility as well.
Sasha has helped me many times get the vehicle I needed but also what I wanted! Unlike other enterprise rent a car, she goes above and beyond her way by calling and securing a vehicle if they don't currently have it. Thanks alot SASHA !

Customer service is good. But staying true with every Enterprise I’ve used in Philly - the car was dirty and my “upgraded” car didn’t include a USB port.

I rented a car to pick up in Philly and drop off at Newark airport.  Overall it was not a great experience and I am unlikely to use Enterprise again.  When I got to the check out counter I told the woman checking me out THREE times I did not need any type of insurance extras as my company card covered it.  She still tried to slip it in and I had to tell her explicitly to take it out before giving me the car.  The car itself was fairly crappy.  It had paint chips all over it and it also had issues when going over like 60 mph where the traction control kept kicking in.  At checkin in Newark I told the person at the counter about the issues and they said someone would call me but no one ever did.  Overall very poor experience with Enterprise, and since I'll be renting a car weekly I'll take my business elsewhere.

Great place, nice staff. Cars are brand new. The only thing I don't like is short working hours. It would be better if they open longer on weekends.

Not a good experience at all here. We made a online booking, we came with a debit card instead of a credit, and employees just told us: sorry, we can't do anything for you and lie to us when we ask if other car rental take debit. Hopefully Alamo take debit. Thanks to them, not to people from entreprise "rent a car"
