My experience with the Enterprise Rental  at Springfield Pa was excellent! When I arrived to pick up my car, the service agent was very professional and friendly.  A car was all ready for me and I was on my way quickly.
Once my car was repaired I was able to have the rental picked up from the repair shop.
I would definitely use this location again and would highly recommend them to others.
While I have had other experiences with Enterprise, this was the best that I can recall.

Always good service here. I like to compare rates online but calling the store yields the same price with more personalized service. This location and others in the area are reliably the cheapest, as compared both with other Enterprise locations and other rental companies.  After-hours drop-off is super convenient, and made possible by a camera out back on their lot.  It helps to book early, be flexible, and be aware of supply and demand for vehicles; but even at the last minute, they have always come through for me here.

👍👍Always have a great experience positive staff. Very Friendly knowledgeable get you in and out with no fuss as long as you have everything required... very accommodating definitely will recommend and will return!

My experience was awesome! The staff was more than friendly and polite. I had a slight issue with the first rental I received, and when I called they handled it immediately and swapped the vehicle out for me with no problem. Car was cleaned, smelled fresh, and kept me satisfied for the time period in which I had the vehicle.

Went to rent vehicle day after major storm and they had lost all their computers. It was a little hectic first thing in Am and getting a car I needed and I was in a hurry but John McAllister handled my rental and made the process go smoothly!! Will rent again from Enterprise.
