Elkton Enterprise is a superb place to rent your next car. I have always been treated with the utmost respect. I rent from online and once I get to the office the car is waiting for me. It is an easy process dealing with the reps. The manager at this location is friendly and helpful when there is a question about a car or the final tally on the rental.

I always print my invoice and bring it along to verify the amount Enterprise is showing in case there is a discrepancy with what their computer is showing at the office.

I am a happy customer and would recommend using the Elkton Enterprise location for all your rental car needs.

The service was stellar.  I am a frequent customer and all employees seem to know me.  I am treated with respect and any problems are quickly addressed.  Recommend Enterprise in Elkton highly.

I had a very bad experience with this people. When the car has been given to me they asked to me look for bumps and by the time I return it they say that the tail gate is misaligned which can’t be seen by a human eye. There is  not even a single scratch on it to say that it has met with an accident. Finally they don’t even listen to my point of conversation and sent a damage costs bill. Better purchase insurance with them if not they gonna  make you pay for nothing wrong done.

One of the best places to rent a car is enterprise if you can't make it there they'll pick you up very understanding I'm very friendly to deal with that's really important I'm more important is the cost. Call them you won't be sorry

Employees were great and cooperated with their Delaware office (Harriet) in picking me up, etc.  Car was terrific and clean!  TY
