I was in a accident and needed a rental before the insurance was able to cover. My local enterprise whom I often rent from was able to assist with everything from picking me up to making sure payment was covered, detailing the car during my rental period and dropping me off to the dealership when I made my new purchase. These guys are awesome and professional. The only thing I didn't like was the small vehicle. I've had complementary  upgrades in the......so I didn't ask this time since technically I wasn't paying.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car sent me an email to write them a review. I usually follow the rule that "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all"; but since I keep getting their automated "please review us" email here it goes...

I use to rent often from Enterprise because of their customer service and great quality vehicles. I have found recently that the company has really shifted. I no longer receive excellent service from the local branches. I have had numerous problems with them having my old credit card on file, I never see the same people twice, and the rates I am quoted from our corporate policy are never correct. 

Lastly, the branch is Edgewood, MD is famous for giving cars with 1/2 or 1/4 filled gas tanks. They always say to just bring it back the same as you got it, but I want a full tank of gas! I don't want to have to stop one hour in to my trip to fill up the gas... There are four gas stations within .25 mile of the location I cannot understand why their employees cannot fill up the vehicles for their customers.

I will take my business to Hertz local until I am confident Enterprise has returned to the customer focused business it use to be.

I will only choose Enterprise for my rental car needs.  The Edgewood, MD location treats me like family and the customer service is above excellent. I have had a great experience with every single person at the Edgewood location.  Keep up the great quality of personnel Enterprise.

When I went to get my rental the car have the front glass dirty. The overall appearance of the inside was dirty. When I want to change the car they wanted to charge me because it was a different offer. They not even offered to clean it. Prices are competitive but customer relations can improve.

Excellent customer service: phone reservation - pick up from & drop off to my home - quick checkout and return. Good price value; condition & quality of rental cargo van. I recommend Enterprise Edgewood MD to others, and plan to rent from them again
